At OpenStore, a SoftBank-backed acquirer of Shopify brands, Ross built and scaled the company’s affiliate partnerships program across a portfolio of 45+ DTC e-commerce businesses. Tasked with creating a new growth channel from scratch, Ross developed the strategy, secured internal buy-in, and built the program infrastructure to support a diverse set of brands across verticals like wellness, apparel, and home goods.

He partnered closely with Growth, Product, and Brand teams to tailor partner acquisition and promotional strategies for each store, all while maintaining a centralized approach to tracking and optimization. In less than 12 months, the affiliate program scaled to over $2M in annualized revenue contribution, becoming one of OpenStore’s most efficient paid acquisition channels.

At Jack Archer, a performance menswear brand in the OpenStore portfolio, Ross led affiliate-driven content partnerships that generated meaningful top-of-funnel awareness and customer acquisition. Tasked with growing the brand’s presence through commerce content, Ross identified and pitched high-impact publishers, ultimately landing over 25 premium placements across lifestyle and men’s interest media. These included top-tier features like FashionBeans’ spotlight on Jack Archer’s everyday performance gear, which drove sustained traffic and conversions from a highly qualified audience.

By blending affiliate incentives with strong editorial storytelling, Ross helped Jack Archer build brand credibility, reach new customers, and position itself as a go-to in the performance menswear category.

At Yelp, Ross launched and scaled the Yelp for Business affiliate program on the Impact platform, driving over $3M in attributed revenue through strategic publisher acquisition and program optimization. Starting from zero, Ross recruited and onboarded more than 30 high-performing publishers, ranging from content creators to lead gen partners. He implemented a performance-driven management approach, optimizing placements and incentives to maximize ROI.

To streamline workflows and improve reporting accuracy, Ross led the development of an advanced API integration between Yelp’s internal systems and Impact, enabling more efficient tracking, real-time performance monitoring, and partner transparency. The program became a key contributor to Yelp’s self-serve growth strategy.
