At STRIP, a revolutionary skincare and facial cleansing brand, Rachel led all things social, where she grew STRIP's brand presence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. She dove deep into customer insights, and crafted a content strategy to highlight key product features, audience pain points and desires, then implemented a system to support the Design and Brand team with resources to create assets. She also led influencer marketing efforts, scripted content, and developed creative briefs to meet high-level marketing goals. In less than 90 days she increased engagement by over 53% and tripled profile visits and website clicks across all platforms while activating over 8 partnerships to create 60+ pieces of UGC.

At Create Amor, a new medical scrubs company, Rachel oversaw brand identity and strategy, developed the social media content plan, and crafted the messaging for the launch campaign.
