At Quince, my role was to rebuild the affiliate program from promotional to content focused. The first task was to audit the existing and other marketing channels.

1. Quickly, I found the Connexity partner that was labeled as the most efficient, was being driven by coupon sites and paid search hijacking. That saved $70k per month.

2. Found the Yotpo referral program was not setup correctly and updated to make it only new customers only and remove members who were posting on Reddit and other sites, who captured $50k in store credit.

3. Migrated the tracking platform from Pepperjam to Impact, saving $20k per month.

4. Over the course of two years, revenue grew from $2M to $54M, which included PR coverage averaging 20 articles per week, to 120 per week.

Onboarded by the SVP of Promotions and product lead, to consult how to build out the partnership flow within the app. I built out the app as a publisher in all of the affiliate platforms, onboarded partners for weekly offers, and designed UX app features for weekly deals. The app quickly grew popularity by customers as a way to drive traffic to retail stores and website for the latest weekly deals. Nine years later, the loyalty program is still going strong and noted as one of the most successful loyalty programs to date.

Managing the affiliate program, I was constantly looking for new audiences to market their products to. First I launched the student and teacher discount, which included building and managing the landing page (A/B testing, Hotjar, CRO), weekly page reporting to leadership, managing the verification vendor SheerID, and onboarding 70 partners. In my personal life, I was close to a friend in the Air Force Reserves and watched how she buys from brands and exposure on base. I researched and found other carriers offer but were very hidden. I soft launched a discount within the affiliate program and optimized. As I got the confidence there was potential, I packaged my efforts and pitched the CMO about making this a larger program. He took my idea and combined with a Veteran hiring program at the company. I worked with the larger marketing team to develop the offer through focus groups, media launch, and partnerships. T-Mobile got behind it with non-profit partnerships, media (TV, display, retail promotions, radio, events), and an exclusive rate plan. The program has been one of the most successful to-date driving over $1B in revenue annually.
