At Viv, a fast-growing personal care startup, Kelly was a member of the founding team as Marketing & Design Director. She led brand design, creative direction, and brand marketing strategy, building a cohesive visual identity across product, packaging, campaigns, and digital experiences.

Kelly oversaw cross-channel creative and brand strategy, spanning paid, owned, and earned media. She built and scaled the brand’s content and community engine, growing a 100K+ audience with 1M+ in monthly reach on social media. Through expert design and strategic branding, she helped Viv expand beyond e-commerce and into 2,500+ retail doors nationwide.

Kelly developed a comprehensive branding and communication design system for Vocal, a mission-driven media company focused on social impact and digital culture.

She shaped the visual identity to support clear, consistent storytelling across the organization. She created a logo system, typography, color palette, and supporting brand assets to establish a modern and cohesive branding foundation. To streamline internal and external communications, she designed 90+ custom slide templates, making it easier for teams to create consistent, on-brand presentations at scale.

At Maja, a plant-based overnight oats & baking mix brand, Kelly created performance-driven paid media creative for Meta campaigns to support DTC growth.

Kelly led the production of all ad assets through video editing, motion graphics, and design optimized for social-first ad formats. Her work focused on producing and iterating on high-performing ad creative, balancing cohesive brand aesthetic with A/B testing to improve acquisition and campaign performance.
