I joined Cornbread as Retention Marketing Manager. Somewhere along the way that turned into Head of Retention, Customer Experience, and E-commerce too, because at a company like this, "did they get the right email," "did they have a good experience when something went wrong," and "did the site actually convert" all turn out to be the same problem wearing different hats.

Some of what I've built at Cornbread: • Grew subscriber revenue from $440K to $1.8M a month, and the subscriber base from 12K to 40K+.

• Took email revenue from $66K to $450K a month, mostly by rebuilding the entire lifecycle in Klaviyo from scratch and treating every flow like a hypothesis instead of something you build once and forget.

• Two subscription migrations later... I rebuilt our cancel flow around the actual reasons people were leaving instead of one generic "here's 10% off," which helped push our cancel save rate up 150%.

•Turned CX from a line item into a team that drives real revenue, from $70K to around $276K a quarter, by treating support conversations as retention moments instead of just tickets to close.

The clearest proof is probably the quietest number: returning customer revenue during my tenure went from 69% to 82% of total revenue, which just means people who bought once started coming back on purpose, not by accident.

I'm proud of what we built. I'm even more proud of the people who built it with me. And I'm grateful to Cornbread for the room to actually build things instead of just manage them.
