In a crowded apparel industry and even more crowded digital landscape, Jesse understood the need to stand out with an offer that was going to drive acquisition rates without giving up valuable margin on first sale promos or sky rocketing CACs. That goal led to the launch of the Goodlife Try Now program where customers are able to sample Goodlife products at home for 7 days before their credit card gets charged. The result was a $30 increase in AOV (+25%), a 45% decrease in average discount per order, and an increase of 47% in paid media ROAS.

Jesse recognized the loyal customer base that Goodlife naturally had and implemented and expanded a loyalty program to further drive repeat rates and move up future purchases. Since inception, the program has expanded to include over a quarter of customers that boast an LTV $550 higher than average, 2.5 average transactions per year and an array of exclusive product drops, sales and events that led to a <15% churn rate from the program.

As Jesse helped lead retail expansion to include a third Goodlife brick + mortar store in NYC, the need for an eye-catching and creative campaign to help drive brand awareness became more apparent. Thinking outside the box from a traditional digital channel, Jesse partnered with a last mile logistics company and digital platform operator to launch a fleet of "Goodlife" trucks around the city. Wrapped in Goodlife branding and contained to neighborhoods of Manhattan and Brooklyn, the trucks gave the appearance of being owned by Goodlife and containing Goodlife inventory being delivered from the factory in LA to the NYC area stores. The trucks also contained beacons that captured mobile IDs that were able to be utilized for remarketing campaigns and track performance. The end result was a 217% lift in site traffic in the NYC metro area and increased foot traffic to the flagship Goodlife store.
