Chrissy is a seasoned growth and retention marketing strategist with over 13 years of experience scaling DTC brands. With a Master’s in Psychology and a strong foundation in consumer behavior, she specializes in building and executing data-backed strategies that increase customer LTV, reduce churn, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

As the former VP of Marketing at HexClad, Chrissy led growth and retention for one of the fastest-growing DTC cookware brands, overseeing a $100M+ revenue business. She managed cross-functional teams across paid media, lifecycle marketing, creative, and web development experience that now shapes how she leads day-to-day performance execution and eCommerce strategy for consumer brands in high-growth mode.

Currently, Chrissy partners with fast-scaling brands to lead marketing execution, lifecycle strategy, and performance management. She acts as the strategic and operational hub between internal teams, external vendors, and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment across goals, workflows, and results. She owns channel strategy across retention, paid media, and web, and is deeply involved in both execution and optimization. Her recent work includes:

- Leading retention strategy and flow optimization for Transparent Labs (Welcome, Winback, Post-Purchase), including A/B testing, churn reduction, and LTV growth.

- Running campaign segmentation, attribution strategy, and testing at Mugsy to recover declining email revenue and realign lifecycle and paid efforts.

- Driving subscription retention at Dirtea through SKU-level onboarding flows, cohort analysis, and lifecycle architecture across Klaviyo, Shopify, Skio, and Peel.

- Spearheading strategic planning, performance reviews, and execution at brands like Modern Gents, Hotel Collection, Aroma360, and AI Nutrition—balancing limited resources with ambitious growth goals.
