During my time at Sweetflexx, an eight-figure women’s apparel brand, I helped grow annual revenue by approximately 360% and supported a nearly 20x increase in daily advertising spend. I led growth and creative across the customer journey, identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and translating them into campaigns, landing pages, retention programs, and conversion-focused brand experiences.

My role combined growth strategy, creative testing, CRO, lifecycle marketing, creative direction, and hands-on design execution. I worked closely with leadership, media buyers, developers, and external partners to turn performance insights into stronger messaging, higher-converting creative, and more effective customer journeys. By connecting strategy directly to execution, I helped build the creative and marketing systems that supported Sweetflexx’s growth into an eight-figure DTC brand.

I helped grow email from approximately 5–10% of total revenue to 30–40%, turning the channel into a seven-figure revenue driver. I oversaw strategy in partnership with Smart Marketer Agency, and lead the development of creative systems, campaigns, and customer journeys that powered the channel’s growth.

My role included hands-on email design, creative direction, production oversight, and project management across promotional campaigns, launches, automated flows, and ongoing testing. By combining strategic planning with stronger creative execution, clearer messaging, and a more cohesive customer experience, I helped transform email into one of the brand’s most valuable acquisition and retention channels.

I helped scale Sweetflexx’s BFCM revenue by approximately 290% year over year in 2023, followed by another 50% in 2024 and 70% in 2025. Across the three-year period, the campaign grew by approximately 860%, becoming one of the brand’s largest annual revenue drivers. Working in partnership with Smart Marketer Agency, I helped shape the campaign strategy and led its translation into a cohesive cross-channel creative system. I owned the execution across email, paid social, landing pages, and campaign production, while continuously refining the messaging, offer architecture, and customer journey to strengthen performance year over year.
