Ashley was hired to lead the advertising efforts for Girlfriend Collective. She began by restructuring their ad account, which involved creating new campaigns and ad sets to target specific audiences.

She also implemented a bi-weekly testing process to continuously optimize the ad campaigns. This included testing new audiences, ad formats, and messaging to determine what worked best for the brand's target audience. This approach allowed us to quickly identify which ad campaigns were generating the most revenue and which ones needed to be adjusted or scrapped. Ashley also provided actionable feedback on their existing ad creatives and copy.

One of her key initiatives was to increase the amount of video content and user-generated content (UGC) in their ad campaigns. She believed that this would not only be more engaging for the audience but also allow Girlfriend Collective to showcase their sustainability and ethical practices through real-life examples. This approach proved to be a huge success, as video content and UGC became some of the brand's most effective drivers of sales.

Her efficient scaling of Girlfriend Collective's ad spend had a significant impact on the brand's sales. Within a 5-month period, the brand's ad spend increased from $30k to over $100k per month. This increase in ad spend resulted in over $4M in sales, which was a significant increase from their previous performance.

Ashley was brought on board to manage ALPAKA's paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok. Her main objective was to increase revenue and improve ROAS for the brand. She began by conducting a thorough analysis of ALPAKA's current advertising campaigns to identify areas of opportunity and improvement

After identifying key areas, Ashley worked closely with ALPAKA's creative team to brainstorm new ad ideas and develop a robust advertising strategy that could attract and retain customers. Together, we developed a bi-weekly creative ideation process, which allowed them to continuously create new ad ideas that resonated with their target audience.

She also implemented a data-driven approach to campaign optimization, utilizing a combination of A/B testing, performance monitoring, and audience targeting to achieve the desired ROAS.

Her efforts paid off, as ALPAKA more than doubled its revenue YoY. The brand went from struggling to achieve a 2x ROAS to consistently hitting and surpassing targets.

Ashley started by conducting a thorough analysis of L_Space's existing advertising campaigns and identified a significant opportunity to focus on new customer acquisition through Prospecting Campaigns on Facebook and Google. She worked closely with L_Space's creative team to develop a robust advertising strategy that would help them attract and retain new customers.

Ashley's approach to scaling L*Space's advertising campaigns was to shift their focus away from Brand and Retention/Remarketing Campaigns and towards Prospecting Campaigns that would attract new customers to the brand.

She also worked hand-in-hand with the creative team to develop new ad ideas on a bi-weekly basis. These ideas were centered around UGC as a way to introduce new customers to the brand. She was then able to identify carousels as their secret to success. By carefully selecting imagery and providing feedback for upcoming shoots, she was able to achieve a much higher CTR and CVR for the brand.

Within six months, L*Space was able to scale their advertising spend from approximately $5k per month to over $60k per month. This was a massive achievement and reflected the success of our new acquisition-focused advertising strategy.
