Angela Ubias is an exited founder, operator, and product innovator with more than 13 years of experience building and scaling consumer brands. Throughout her career, she has been part of multiple successful exits, including Native Deodorant's acquisition by Procter & Gamble through her work at Texas Beauty Labs, Texas Beauty Labs' acquisition by Phlur, and the acquisition of her own brand, Common Heir, by Flamingo Estate in 2024.
Her experience spans product development, manufacturing, commercialization, brand strategy, retail expansion, fundraising support, and strategic partnerships. Prior to founding Common Heir, Angela oversaw product development and portfolio growth across more than 50 beauty and wellness brands, giving her a unique perspective on what helps brands scale successfully.
Today, through Halo Haus, Angela advises founders and growing consumer businesses navigating periods of growth, change, and complexity.
