At HelloFresh, Aliona built and led the brand partnerships program from the ground up across the company's full portfolio (HelloFresh, Green Chef, EveryPlate), structuring and executing campaigns with smaller emerging CPG brands and major companies including Kraft Heinz, General Mills, Mars, Keurig Dr. Pepper, and Coca-Cola. She created "Gift of the Week," dropping partner product samples directly into customer boxes and marketing them as gifts, and launched "Branded Ingredient Feature," spotlighting branded partner ingredients directly on recipe cards for select weekly meal kits. Aliona collaborated across marketing, creative, operations, supply chain, and analytics teams to bring each partnership to life, from negotiation through in-box execution. Together, these two programs helped generate over $1M in customer value and $500K+ in supplemental net revenue.

At INTERIOR™, an early-stage functional beverage startup, Aliona was recruited by the founders to lead a full 360° rebrand across 7 SKUs (new naming, brand identity, packaging system, tone of voice, and a custom Shopify site), hiring and managing DayJob, a leading branding agency, from brief through DTC and social launch. She also reconfigured the brand's thermal packaging to address a temperature-stability issue that caused spoilage in transit, protecting product quality during DTC shipping. Post rebrand, Aliona owned the brand strategy, marketing operations, and partnerships from inception. She architected a strategic partnership with TV personality Jeff Lewis, including an event sponsorship and on-site product sampling at ChumpCon in Las Vegas, generating $50K+ in revenue in a single day.

At Savoir, an award-winning experiential marketing agency, Aliona led the guerrilla marketing campaign for Kinn Studio's New York store launch, overseeing creative direction and managing the street team and videographer on the ground. Savoir also orchestrated the store opening itself. The campaign drove passersby to scan an on-street QR code for early access and launch-day perks, converting street traffic directly into email signups ahead of opening day. Aliona planned and executed the activation end-to-end, from concept and creative direction through on-site execution, tying grassroots street presence directly to email list growth and the store's opening. The guerrilla campaign drove foot traffic into the store, generating $60K in revenue on opening day.
