Unlock customer acquisition growth through affiliates

At Caraway Home, Aleksandra joined the newly created role of sr. affiliate manager and grew the affiliate program while making sure it's 99% of revenue comes from the content partners vs deal sites. In the first month she created the strategy, updated all LPs while creating new ones for affiliates to use, worked with the brand team to develop all new assets, created the frame of work and calendar for affiliates, create questionnaires for affiliates to use the feedback to completely reinvent the program and how it works. After only 4 months, the revenue from content publisher groups grew 65%. Apart from that, the new content publisher number has grown by more than 100% and press publishers have become top revenue drivers. In Q4 2022 alone, Aleksandra has secured more than 150 articles in the biggest press outlets like Cosmopolitan, Esquire, TheKitchn, Refinery29, Taste of Home, Forbes, Popsugar, House beautiful, The spruce eats, Food&Wine, PureWow, and Good Housekeeping to name a few.
