My background: I spent six years at Whole Foods Market Global Headquarters doing brand strategy at scale, where I learned what it looks like when a brand loses its thread and what it takes to find it again. That included not just Whole Foods itself, but the hundreds of CPG brands I watched show up on shelf, learning firsthand which ones resonated and which ones quietly disappeared. Since then I've brought that same thinking to brands like Sazerac, Hint Water, and CVS Health.
