When Sam’s Club launched its standalone shopping app, Scan & Go, I was selected as the lead writer and content lead to drive user adoption. I developed targeted messaging across multiple touchpoints, including in-store signage, digital marketing, and app store copy. My messaging strategy emphasized simplicity, speed, and convenience, aligning with the app’s core value. The campaign drove immediate results, averaging 1,500 app installs per day and doubling the number of member sign-ins during the promotional period.

As the content lead for Sam’s Club’s retail media network (MAP), I built the content team from the ground up and played a key role in shaping brand and product strategies that elevated the member experience across digital banners, video, paid social, and print. I established foundational workflows, developing briefs, timelines, and processes. I also led brand trainings for both internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure consistent, high-impact messaging and brand voice alignment. This strategic and operational groundwork fueled significant growth year over year, culminating in the successful execution of over 4,200 projects for more than 300 brands in 2024.
