Project Life came to us after working with a well-known ecommerce agency. While they were generally happy, our approach stood out because their email program wasn’t being tested or pushed as hard as it could be, particularly given the value and complexity of the product.

They decided to switch after reviewing our A/B testing process, which was significantly more rigorous than what they were previously doing.

Results after moving to Banyan:

By implementing a conversion-focused copy plan and tightening the messaging across the quiz funnel, follow-ups, and lifecycle emails, we removed hesitation at the moment of intent, and used the long nurture cycles to significantly reduce churn rate and capture subscribers at different parts of their journey.

The Challenge:

The Unstuck Box offers pocket-sized solutions for workplace and personal mental blocks through innovative strategies. They approached us with their own massive roadblock. They knew they were leaving money on the table but didn’t know how to fix it.

Despite having a strong product line, their email strategy lacked the personalization and targeting required to drive significant revenue. In short, they were investing a ton of money in ads, but their email marketing was only accounting for 4% of total revenue.

The Results

In just one month, The Unstuck Box saw their email revenue contribution jump from a mere 4.72% to an impressive 19.56%. But we didn't stop there.

In 5 months, email revenue accounted for 36.71% of their total revenue – a figure that continues to grow.

This translates to an additional $40,000 per month in revenue, or approximately $480,000 extra revenue per year that was previously a missed opportunity.

Where they are today

As of January 2026, this client has been with us for nearly two years. In total, this is approximately $1 million dollars in additional revenue the client has earned after working with us.

The Challenge

This supplements brand relied heavily on paid ads, with email failing to justify its role in the funnel.

Messaging was generic, brand voice was undefined, and emails blended into the inbox. There was no segmentation, no use of behavioral data, and no feedback loop from past performance.
