At Punk Bunny Coffee, the ESG-focused CPG brand founded by the band Green Day, Scott led a full-scale brand and commercial transformation that repositioned the company for national growth. He architected the rebrand, rebuilt the e-commerce and martech stack from the ground up, and developed a multi-channel go-to-market strategy spanning DTC, retail, wholesale, and streaming content.

Scott negotiated and launched strategic partnerships with Keurig Dr Pepper and 7-Eleven, secured national grocery distribution, and introduced a new pricing and SKU strategy to expand margins. He worked cross-functionally across Product, Creative, Operations, Retail Sales, and Performance Marketing to deliver the brand relaunch. The result was multi-million-dollar revenue growth, a national retail footprint, and a successful merger backed by family offices and strategic investors.

At TREBEL Music, the venture-backed, ad-supported, legal free music app similar to Spotify and the #2 music app in Mexico, Scott served as both CRO and CTO during a critical phase of hypergrowth. He led user acquisition and growth through a coordinated mix of paid, earned, and owned media while simultaneously driving monetization strategy through a custom-built programmatic ad-mediation platform.

Scott directed cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, Monetization, and Engineering to redesign the Android and iOS apps, implement a new data and BI stack, and launch the ad-mediation system. This end-to-end transformation resulted in a 500% increase in revenue, a 4x improvement in ARPU, and a tripling of user retention. He played a key role in market expansion, scaling the app to millions of monthly users and contributing to a $50M increase in company valuation.

At Threshold Interactive, the award-winning digital agency Scott co-founded and scaled, he led strategy and marketing for high-impact campaigns supporting major global brands including Nestlé, Honda, Sony, and Disney. Threshold became known for breakthrough branded content, celebrity-driven campaigns, and early social media innovations that helped clients achieve outsized reach and measurable lifts in brand engagement.

Scott oversaw cross-functional teams spanning Strategy, Creative, Production, Technology, and Analytics, developing integrated campaigns that combined paid media, influencer activations, earned media, and large-scale digital experiences. Under his leadership, Threshold grew to over 75 team members, delivered 20% EBITDA margins, and was recognized as an Ad Age Small Agency of the Year. The agency’s growth and strong client outcomes ultimately led to its acquisition by Zealot Networks.
