Tuckernuck has been a client since June of 2016. We have helped them grow through several efforts: paid media, digital strategy, website development, and more. In 2022, the team decided to replatform between Q4/Q1 (peak season). They challenged our team to maintain aggressive revenue targets and ROI goals through the replatform process. 

I created a step-by-step strategy for the switchover while running a key season sale. I lead the transfer of all catalogs, and URL changes to ads while not losing social proof or experiencing a drop in paid media performance. As a result, we improved our percent of ad spend to revenue goal by 12% and were instrumental in beating their gross and net sales goals for FY2022 by huge margins.

Bare Necessities came to us with aggressive goals for their paid media accounts. The existing accounts were lacking structure, missing areas of the funnel and had no clear strategy for creative/whitelisting execution. The teams goal was to achieve a 2.3x last click return by end of Q2. 

In two weeks, we re-structured the account with a full-funnel campaign strategy, leveraging the Meta Performance 5+ Method. In addition, we executed on our media plan which included updated campaign structures, dynamic retargeting by product group, persona targeting, and whitelisting strategy.  Our proven strategy saw quick results. 

In just two weeks, last click ROAS  jumped from a 1.35x to a 1.9x on Meta. Moving forward, we have achieved a 5% - 7% increase in last click ROAS consistently.

Intimissimi had been a Performance Marketing client since 2019 and in 2022 they came to us to also have us manage their brand awareness across social media. At the time, they were only running ads on Meta and with a large 2022 budget and lofty goals they were looking to expand their efforts across new platforms. 

With a quick turnaround time, we were able to set up new accounts within Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok so that we could leverage these platforms for any upcoming campaigns.  Early on, we found great success in Snapchat and decided to fund this platform heavily throughout the year. For TikTok, we worked closely with the client on a creative strategy to ensure that we were only pushing out content that we know resonates well on the platform. 

After almost a full year of running various branding campaigns across all 4 platforms, we were able to reach new audiences and generate tremendous YoY growth in traffic and revenue.
