At Primitive Skateboarding, Pauline manages Google search and shopping. She optimized their shopping feed and increased shopping impressions by 40%, clicks by 53% and ROAS by 26% within the first 2 months. She fully transitioned their 10k SKU account into the performance max ecosystem to consistently achieve performance at scale with a 3x ROAS. She worked with their eCommerce team to support frequent monthly launches and partnerships and has recently pioneered an effort to expand campaigns into key international regions.

Pauline managed paid search for the iconic legacy furniture brand Pier 1 after they were acquired and transitioned into a fully online eCommerce business. She built out paid campaigns from scratch and managed thousands of SKUs with monthly budgets of $500k+ across Search, Shopping, Display and YouTube. During the Black Friday period, she scaled budgets to 4x with strong ROAS performance. In addition, she managed display and affiliate channels to drive incremental bottom-funnel revenue. She also worked across the Pier 1 portfolio of brands and helped improve performance on brands like Linen N' Things by 2x efficiency.

At performance marketing agency Beyond Media Global, Pauline worked on a portfolio of large international accounts, including Australian retail giant, Cotton On. She managed their accounts in the US, UK, Australia, and New Zealand, scaling their budgets up to 4x during key promo periods and scaled budgets 2x during non-promo periods to capitalize on the pandemic retail surge in 2020. She also managed a portfolio of search accounts with multi-million dollar monthly budgets across beauty, fashion, household goods & banking.
