At HelloFresh, Nina built out a tech organization dedicated to building tooling for brands like Factor that need to manufacture over 2 million meals a week. She worked on the full product lifecycle for launching 3 greenfield tools:

1. a tool to house manufacturing master data,

2. a tool to help plan when to manufacture the components of a meal and in what quantities without violating food safety and regulatory constraints,

3. a tool to help track execution against the plan. She partnered with other Product Managers, Engineers, Operations teams, and executive leadership to successfully launch all 3 tools, create a smooth change management plan, and ensure adoption.

She is working to globalize the tools beyond US in other markets that Factor is in, including Canada and the EU. She works with analysts to define and build new planning/execution metrics in order to help prioritize future enhancements to the tools.

I worked on defining the requirements for integrating all 3rd party warehouses with our internal inventory management system. This enabled real-time tracking of an additional $38 million in inventory and eliminated a manual reconciliation process that took up to 20 work hours per week.

Nina worked with the dealership network at Mercedes Benz to build a more robust lead submission flow, driving over $140 million in automotive sales volume. She expanded a lead submission flow, which started off just capturing names and emails, to a multi-step funnel that included a trade-in estimator, optional credit application, progress saving, and after-market package selection. She worked with designers to conduct user testing to ensure that both customers and dealers were benefiting from the enhanced flow.
