At OpenTable, Monika led Paid Media strategy where she worked cross-functionally with brand and design teams as well as with international marketing managers to strategize global campaigns. She led the launch of Dine On, OpenTable's biggest campaigns, across the US, UK, Canada, Mexico and Australia, creating the paid campaign strategy including creative, messaging, budgets, and performance reporting. She also led the launch of OpenTable ads on YouTube. Monika also worked on Influencer partnership strategy by creating briefs and helping scout influencers for the brand. By strategically planning campaigns, Monika was able to increase overall booking volume by 20% YoY during her time at the company.

At DoorDash, Monika worked as the Senior Manager of Emerging Bets on the Consumer Growth Marketing team. She led paid media strategies across channels for new product releases such as Nationwide Shipping and Pick-Up. Monika worked cross-functionally with Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers to make sure all messaging about the product releases were aligned. Her campaigns achieved a 98% WoW reduction in cost per order. She also conducted analyses using SQL and Excel to find areas of optimization across all initiatives within Core and New Verticals campaigns as well.

Monika worked as the Growth Marketing Manager at STEEZY Studio, a dance tech education platform. She led acquisition strategy for new subscribers across paid social and search platforms, launching YouTube, A/B testing landing pages for subscription price tests, ultimately improving our LTV:CAC ratio by 25%. Monika also worked cross-functionally with the creative team to produce highly engaging performance creative resulting in a 50% increase in engagement.
