With over 11 years of experience building and scaling creator programs, I’ve led influencer, social, and brand partnership strategies for high-growth DTC and retail brands including Lalo and Grove Collaborative. My work spans everything from micro-influencer seeding to macro and celebrity partnerships, paid media integrations, and retail launch support, always with a focus on measurable business impact and long-term brand equity.
At Grove Collaborative, I helped build one of the most advanced influencer programs in the space, managing a $1.7M budget and scaling a network of 600+ creators annually. Influencer marketing drove a majority of paid social conversions and played a key role in the brand’s expansion into Target and Amazon, using creators to build trust, awareness, and sell-through at retail.
Today, I lead Brand Marketing and Influencer at Lalo, where I oversee the full creator ecosystem across paid, gifted, and hybrid programs. I’ve built a network of over 2,500 creators, supported major retail moments including Lalo’s Target launch, and developed reporting frameworks that allow leadership teams to understand exactly how influencer investment drives growth.
Alongside my role at Lalo, I work with select consumer brands as a consultant, helping them design and scale performance-driven influencer programs. I audit existing efforts, build creator pipelines, launch and manage campaigns, and create the systems that turn influencer marketing into a predictable, repeatable channel. I partner closely with founders and marketing leaders to translate creator insights into full-funnel strategy that supports DTC, retail, and paid media.
