While supporting Drake’s team at Shopify, Mark helped deliver a unique fan experience that connected live concerts with exclusive drops in the Shop app. He worked closely with product, engineering, and partner teams to design a verification flow ensuring that only fans physically present at the concert could access the experience. During launch, Mark participated in real-time campaign war rooms, monitoring performance and resolving issues as fans engaged across packed venues. The project strengthened fan trust, protected the exclusivity of the campaign, and showcased how digital and physical experiences can be blended at scale.

For one of MrBeast’s large-scale community competitions, Mark worked on the technical development of AI-driven workflows to help review and evaluate millions of contest submissions. He collaborated with product and engineering teams to design a system that automatically filtered and surfaced the most relevant, high-quality entries for the final judging process. This dramatically reduced manual review time, ensured fairness at scale, and enabled the team to focus on selecting standout finalists rather than sifting through mass volumes of data. The project demonstrated how AI workflows can unlock meaningful efficiency for creator-led campaigns.
