Defined the brand narrative and guest experience positioning, and orchestrated a high-impact launch moment including a curated media preview, partner activation, and influencer launch party designed to establish immediate cultural relevance.

The launch created strong early momentum, resulting in The Gilmore achieving the #1 hotel ranking on Tripadvisor within 30 days of opening and establishing a foundation for sustained demand and brand recognition.

Initiated, negotiated, and led the end-to-end execution of the Stranger Things x CASETiFY collaboration with Netflix, structuring the partnership across product, marketing, and operations to ensure a seamless global launch. Developed the full partnership strategy and worked closely with creative leadership and Netflix to design a collectible product line that authentically translated the Stranger Things universe through the CASETiFY lens.

Led the integrated marketing rollout, including campaign messaging, PR and earned media strategy, influencer partnerships, and a multi-platform social campaign, alongside a first-of-its-kind retail activation in CASETiFY’s Hong Kong store. The collaboration became a top-performing U.S. drop, generating hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue in a single limited release and setting a new benchmark for culturally driven brand partnerships.
