Your Super, offers different superfood mixes in the US & EU markets. For the US market, Liz started with a small daily budget around $1k with a ROAS 1.0 for META ads. The first few weeks, Liz focused on increasing the ROAS to 1,5 and managed to slowly increase daily spend to about $5k. She focused on 1: the customer 2: the ad creative. She worked closely together with the founder, head of design and content writer. Lots and lots of a/b testing was involved. From testing 100 of different videos, statics, ad copies but also testing different landing page formats. Over a 1 year time, daily spend increased to 35-50k for META ads (with a high off 80k daily spend during BFCM), while maintaining a ROAS of 1.5. Overall company revenue sky rocket, led my META ads alongside other online and offline marketing channels.

A quick and effective way to increase the Email revenue and improve the Customer Retention, is too 'Rebrand' emails.

Liz worked together closely with the founder and a freelance designer to realise this within a month. They changed the entire design, taking into account email best practices while keeping it aligned with the overall brand. Some elements they focused were, changing the email header, design heavy rather than text, more and clear CTA's and personalisation for audience segments.

They saw results after the first rebranded Newsletter, improved Open Rates and Click Rates. This indirectly resulted in a higher revenue attribution.

Improving the design for Newsletter and Flows can be super effective, Email Marketing is a very cost-efficient marketing channel. Often not prioritised in start-ups, but super important for a long term and a sustainable growth.
