At Honeylove, a women's intimates and basics brand, Lauren acted as a fractional growth lead for over two years. While there, Lauren was able to efficiently scale core channels through uncovering and scaling creative winners, rigorous optimizations in ad accounts, and working with partner teams to test different account structures that unlocked scale without sacrificing performance. Then, she onboarded Director of Growth Ops to take over channel execution and shifted focus to forecasting process, channel measurement, and test planning while still supporting channel-level strategy, testing roadmap, and assisting creative planning structure to support growing channel needs.

At Billie, a women's razor and bodycare brand, Lauren worked closely with the creative team to implement a creative planning process that allowed proactive planning and asset creation and took the team out of the 'hamster wheel' of creative testing. As the Director of Growth at the time put it, this method "aligns the success requirements of the performance & creative teams and breaks down the WHY and the HOW of the complexities of media buying but still allows for calculated creative risk taking."

At Rothy's, a sustainable fashion brand making shoes and accessories out of recycled plastic, Lauren worked with the team to develop a launch plan for their new category: bags. The plan established which channels to launch on and how to structure the account to maximize learnings. We were interested in having a deeper understanding of purchase behavior based on ad exposure, and were able to work closely with the Meta team to set up a lift study structure and custom conversion implementation that would allow us to look at conversion behavior by ad exposure. We also created an ad testing schedule and plan to allow us to 'cast a wide net' with bags creative and be able to test and iterate from our initial learnings.
