At Paleovalley, a leading wellness brand focused on clean nutrition, Kellie led the transformation of the affiliate and influencer program into one of the company’s most profitable growth channels. When she joined in 2020, she inherited an under-leveraged program and overhauled it, building scalable systems, introducing tiered commission structures, and recruiting high-performing partners. She collaborated across marketing, creative, product, and operations teams to align on messaging, performance tracking, and campaign execution.

In 12 months, she grew their partnerships revenue by 51%. Over the next four years, the program grew by 338%, becoming a key driver of new customer acquisition and brand reach through trusted, mission-aligned creators in the wellness space.

At Wild Pastures, a direct-to-consumer regenerative meat company, Kellie led the brand’s marketing growth during its most pivotal years. She helped define the DTC subscription model, built the brand’s positioning from the ground up, and developed the marketing foundation that supported both digital scale and retail expansion.

Working cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Creative, and Paid Media teams, Kellie created the brand’s first evergreen acquisition strategy, anchored in full-funnel creative, strategic retention offers, cross-sell partnerships with sister brand Paleovalley, and a loyalty-building content engine. She also built systems to better forecast demand, reduce churn, and improve LTV through improved onboarding and customer experience.

Under her leadership, Wild Pastures transitioned from an early-stage product into a trusted, profitable food subscription brand with loyal customers and scalable marketing infrastructure, all built around a mission of restoring health to people and the planet.

As Director of Marketing, Kellie led the strategic overhaul of Paleovalley’s brand to better reflect its core values, strengthen consumer trust, and support the company’s rapid DTC and retail expansion. The rebrand aimed to modernize the look and feel of the brand while staying rooted in its founding mission of clean, nutrient-dense nutrition.

Kellie oversaw the entire rebrand process, from visual identity and packaging direction to positioning, messaging, and cross-channel rollout. She collaborated with creative agencies, internal stakeholders, and product teams to ensure alignment across DTC, retail, and wholesale touch points. The rebrand also included optimizing product names, front-pack claims, and hero statements to drive shelf appeal and online conversion.

The result was a refreshed, unified brand system designed to support Paleovalley’s next phase of growth, improve product clarity for new customers, and ensure seamless navigation across platforms and retail environments.
