Kate is a data-driven marketing strategist who helps high-growth brands optimize acquisition, retention, and revenue through analytics. She currently consults for Shelton Capital Management, where she led the firm’s first full-funnel marketing campaign for its asset management business and developed the targeting, messaging, and go-to-market strategy to increase mutual fund account conversions.

Previously at Pvolve, Kate refined acquisition and retention strategies using behavioral analysis, BI dashboards, and lifecycle insights, contributing to stronger conversion performance and reduced churn.

Before that, she supported performance marketing at Molekule and built analytics frameworks at LDWW for brands including GameStop, Cars.com, Sling TV, and Carnival Corporation—translating communications efforts into business impact for senior leadership.

Kate is passionate about helping brands leverage analytics, technology, and consumer psychology to unlock sustainable growth. She holds an MBA in Business Analytics and Marketing from SMU’s Cox School of Business.
