I am the Director of Online Marketing at Byte.com, a division of Dentsply Sirona (NYSE: XRAY). In early 2022 I hired Jeff Hain to replace an agency and lead our paid search efforts. Jeff hit the ground running. In his first 60 days he audited our campaigns and made tons of changes that turned around a program that lost $4.5M in 2021. By the end of 2022 the campaigns Jeff managed generated $800K in profit. Jeff was proactive. He created multiple reports, monitored results and identified trends. He alerted me when he spotted competitor moves or other adverse issues. If we experienced low volume or high CAC, Jeff knew what budget and bidding levers to pull on the 30+ campaigns he managed. The copy he created and tested I never worried about. If it generated leads and sales that met ROAS targets it stayed live; if it didn’t he paused it. In addition to managing paid search on Google and Bing, Jeff also managed our organic and paid YouTube programs and helped our programmatic retargeting and acquisition efforts. By the end of 2023 the paid search campaigns Jeff led accounted for 27% of monthly aligner sales and had generated $120M in revenue and $22M in profit. Jeffrey Hain is a D2C new customer acquisition expert skilled at using paid search, display and YouTube to generate cost effective leads, sales, and subscription-based orders. He focuses on paid search because he loves testing new offers, creative messages and analyzing data.

Jeff began his search career at mortgage lender Countrywide Home Loans. Within the first few months he cut the CPL 50% and doubled lead volume. Over four years he took an account spending $100K/month and grew it to spending $2M/month.
