Emma is a Senior Lifecycle Marketing professional with 10 years of experience working across subscription-based digital health startups, e-commerce, and agency environments. 

Emma helps e-commerce brands with:

• Building, auditing, and scaling email and SMS programs

• Strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention (LTV), upsell, and reactivation

• Subscription-based retention

• Lifecycle program auditing and roadmapping

Emma is currently a full-time Lifecycle Marketing & Retention Consultant, serving as the Fractional Head of Lifecycle & Retention at Ivy Rx. 

Previously, Emma was the Senior Manager of CRM & Retention at Nurx and Keeps (Thirty Madison brands), where she helped drive customer acquisition, retention (LTV), upsell, and reactivation. 

Emma also helped drive significant growth for e-commerce company J.Jill, where she increased website traffic direct-from-email +16% and revenue +18% year-over-year. Additionally, she onboarded and built J.Jill’s SMS program from scratch.
