She identified key issues that affected their ability to land in the Inbox, and built a strategy to improve deliverability, increase open rates and click rates, and boost the size of their Engaged Audience Segment.

After a successful switch to a dedicated sending domain, Elizabeth was able to increase their open rates from 24% to 50%, increase their click rates from 1% to 3%, and boost their engaged audience size from 3,000 to 15,000 in less than 60 days.

In less than 30 days, she ideated and implemented an acquisition strategy that increased their email list sign-up from 0.2% to 2.2%, above the industry average. This was done without having to include a promotion or discount that would cut into sales revenue.
