At AG1, Elias owned the build-out of the company's Amazon channel from day 1 without an agency, inherited infrastructure, or existing playbook. He developed the full channel strategy across all business disciplines, establishing everything from fulfillment operations, brand assets, pricing strategy, and the advertising architecture that would drive efficient, scalable growth.

In a little over a year, the channel had scaled to a mid-eight figure run rate. During this period as the channel professionalized, Elias improved ad efficiency by more than 50% while top line revenue scaled, drove conversion rate up by more than 70% through content and ad strategy refinement, and expanded the model internationally into the UK and Germany and onto Walmart.com. What started as a zero-to-one build became one of AG1's most significant revenue channels and Elias remains the primary strategic owner today.

At Thrasio, Elias built the company's affiliate program from the ground up, designing the operational infrastructure, recruiting the first partners, and establishing the performance frameworks that would define how the program scaled. Starting from zero, he grew the program to 350 partners and $20M ARR. He drove efficiency, building reporting automation that cut manual work by 80% and allowed a small team to manage a rapidly expanding partner base without sacrificing performance.

As the program matured, Elias led its next evolution, transitioning it from a hands-on, team-managed operation to a self-service platform capable of supporting thousands of partners across Thrasio's portfolio. He worked closely with Product and Engineering to bring that infrastructure to life, effectively stepping out of the day-to-day to architect the system that would replace it. What began as a scrappy early-stage program became a core acquisition channel for the company.
