Golden Steer is Las Vegas' longest-running steakhouse, with a history as rich as its regulars - think Rat Pack-era booths and decades of loyal diners. When Cortnee began working with the CEO, the challenge was clear: the brand needed to evolve, but a previous modernization attempt had stripped away the very soul that made Golden Steer special.

Cortnee led a full rebrand rooted in the actual stories, textures, and experiences of dining at the Steer. From there, the work expanded into packaging for the pantry line, a complete product photography system, content guidelines, a UGC creator flywheel, all of which supported a growing DTC arm of the business built authentically from the legacy of the restaurant.

Cortnee now plays a continued role in the marketing organization advising the CEO and internal team members on regular marketing strategy for paid and organic marketing and team building for growth.

When Snaggletooth founder came to Cortnee, she had a product, a rescue dog named Korra, and a deeply personal vision - but no brand. Starting from regular conversations about the founder's life, loves, and obsessions, Cortnee built Snaggletooth from the ground up: a manga-inspired, bright, joyful pet brand that stands apart in a category dominated by natural, muted aesthetics.

The work spanned brand identity, packaging, and a full product photography campaign featuring quirky rescue pets and comic-book-style visuals. The brand is seeing strong DTC growth in its first year, and despite being a new brand, Snaggletooth secured quick placement in independent pet stores - largely on the strength of its visual identity and shelf presence alone.

When Cortnee joined MeUndies, the brand was scaling fast and the creative org needed to keep up. Over three years, she grew from Creative Director to VP of Creative - building an original team of 6 to leading an in-house agency of 17 across content, copy, art, design, and production, while serving as a member of the executive leadership team.

Her biggest operational bet was MeStudios - a purpose-built in-house production facility designed to bring creative production in-house for greater speed, quality, and cost control. The result was a creative engine that could move as fast as the business, supporting revenue growth of up to 60% year over year while maintaining a cohesive, on-brand creative vision across DTC and all marketing channels.
