Carly spearheaded the inaugural Demi Lovato x Fabletics collab in 2017. She built a 360 launch strategy from the ground up, including media strategy, new channel testing, OTT creative strategy and execution, organic social content strategy, and experiential activations. Overall, Carly drove a 10pt CPA efficiency impact with Demi's media campaigns, allowing Fabletics to scale its audience to a younger, more diverse demographic, and opening up a longer lifespan for its customer base. The success of this initial launch resulted in 2 additional campaigns, resulting in similar successes.

Carly led the pitch strategy and ultimate launch of Ruggable's inaugural wholesale line with Target in 2025. Leveraging new designs from Ruggable's Bridgerton collection, Carly spearheaded the launch of a 3 month end cap across hundreds of Target doors throughout the country. She built a 360 strategy to market the launch to current Ruggable members via email and social, and persuaded Target to repost Ruggable's custom social content about the launch - resulting in Ruggable's most engaged-with Reel in its history. Each door either met or exceeded its sales goal, and helped open the door to potential longer term partnership opportunities.

Carly partnered with merch and design to create new categories to drive new customer acquisition - specifically Dresses and Maternity. Within a matter of months, these new category launches resulted in 15% incremental revenue for the brand, and helped Beyond Yoga achieve 27% YoY ecomm growth in 2022. Carly also built LTV dashboards on each of these new categories to track longer term consumer behavior, and build retention flows optimized for these customers. This made the case for category expansion in coming years, and these products became new core acquisition drivers for the brand.
