Steps taken to improve performance:

• Full-funnel structure with proper exclusions led to proper scaling for both new customer acquisition and retention LTV increases

Results: 

• Last click GA ROAS increased 72% YoY with revenue increasing 54% YoY despite 10% less investment YoY on Meta

Steps taken to improve performance:

• Utilizing dynamic product feed ads increased overall efficiencies of CVR and CPA across each funnel stage

• Product drop campaigns saw high ad engagement and strong performance from initial launch, which allowed us to aggressively scale spend without sacrificing ROAS efficiencies

• 45% less spend on retention audiences with majority of spend focused on new customer acquisition in the US market which resulted in substantially more new customer revenue, YoY

• Launched mid-funnel testing initiatives that yielded stronger ROAS, better overall performance, and provided more insight into areas of incrementality on the platforms

• $365k ad spend in November while surpassing platform ROAS goal of 1.2 by 29% on Meta

• Pixel tracking was integrated after first week of November leading to a lower ROAS holistically for this month. Excluding the first week of the month, in-engine ROAS was 1.94
