At Everlane, Ashley led the optimization of the clothing company’s affiliate content program. She built relationships with commerce contacts across publishers (such as Condé Nast, Vox, and Dot Dash) and utilized SEO strategy, going after content placements with relevant keywords. Ashley leveraged dynamic commission strategies and bonuses to incentivize these publishers, which led to an increase in overall evergreen placements. These high value placements account for 50% of overall affiliate performance and continue to drive revenue years after the initial launch.

Ashley was brought on to help a growing luxury marketplace, build their influencer program with the initial goal of driving brand awareness.
