As Global Brand Director for Neutrogena at Johnson & Johnson, Adam led the creation and global launch of HydroBoost, which became the #1 U.S. mass facial skincare launch and one of the most successful product platforms in the brand’s history.

Adam oversaw the end-to-end strategy, including global positioning, claims architecture, innovation pipeline, and multichannel communication. He unified more than 100+ international markets under HydroBoost’s first-ever global platform, aligning R&D, regional marketing, and consumer insights teams behind a single brand vision.

HydroBoost’s success established an entirely new hydration franchise for Neutrogena, drove significant incremental growth to the $1.7B global portfolio, and became a long-term anchor platform still expanding in markets worldwide.

As Global Marketing Director at Proactiv, Adam led the brand’s first major transition from a DTC-only model into a modern omnichannel business, driving significant new revenue and revitalizing the brand for a new generation of consumers.

Adam architected and executed Proactiv’s entry into mass retail—most notably Target and CVS—building the full go-to-market strategy, merchandising approach, product architecture, pricing, and consumer messaging required for retail success. The rollout generated $35M in new revenue, establishing Proactiv as a competitive retail player for the first time in its history.

Complementing retail expansion, Adam reshaped Proactiv’s digital ecosystem by modernizing the personalized DTC platform and launching new wellness-driven MVP concepts that showed exceptional engagement and served as future innovation feeders.

He also drove international expansion across the UK, Germany, Australia, and Asia, contributing $25M in incremental global revenue, while overseeing an innovation pipeline that delivered an additional $20M in growth.

As Co-Founder of Minu, Adam built and launched a premium mineral skincare brand redefining suncare as daily skin wellness. From concept through commercialization, he led brand strategy, product development, and omnichannel go-to-market execution—creating a differentiated positioning rooted in dermatology, luxury skincare sensoriality, and high-performance mineral protection.

Adam co-developed the brand’s proprietary Mineral Superblend™ in partnership with a Stanford dermatologist and leading sun care experts, ensuring clinical rigor and global compliance from day one. Under his leadership, Minu secured early media recognition with features in Forbes, Who What Wear, Marie Claire, and Beauty Independent.

Within months of launch, Adam established Minu in top-tier retail, including Credo—where Minu quickly became a top-three sun brand—Bluemercury, Beautylish, and C.O. Bigelow. He expanded distribution through professional wellness partnerships and high-performing influencer collaborations, creating sustained traction across both retail and direct channels.

Adam’s integrated approach—premium brand building, clinically credible innovation, and strategic channel deployment—enabled Minu to achieve rapid market penetration in one of beauty’s most competitive categories.
