Courtney is an Email and Retention Marketer and has spent the last 5+ years building the Retention program for the DTC brand Brooklinen as their Director of Retention. She has helped to oversee the development of their email and SMS programs over the years which has resulted in those channels generating over 8-figures in annual revenue for the business.

She has experience in building out complex user journeys using historical data and A/B testing to create an impactful experience from a revenue perspective, as well as from the customer POV. She has led initiatives that have helped increase LTR over time, as well initiatives that have helped increase the total % of repeat orders and revenue YoY.

During her time at Brooklinen, she also oversaw the creation of their new pillow brand, Marlow Pillow, and successfully built out the email and SMS programs with the goal to drive new orders. Before Brooklinen, Courtney worked for the skincare company Palermo Body and built out their initial email program as well as other marketing and brand initiatives. She also has past experience as a freelance content marketer and copywriter.

She is passionate about marrying data-driven tactics with brand building and storytelling to create a more holistic retention program. She believes, at the end of the day, your retention program is more than just the emails you send — it’s about the overall experience the customer has with your brand, start to finish.
