The Problem
Gloss Ventures, the parent company of beauty brands Glossmetics & SACHEU Beauty, was looking for a Social Media Manager to take over their TikTok and Instagram accounts to help fuel growth.
The traditional channels, like Upwork, LinkedIn, and Indeed just weren’t producing quality candidates.
